This is how we handle information we learn about you from your visit to our website.

You may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail message containing a question, comment, or request. You may post a message containing personally identifying information on our public bulletin board. We do not use personally identifying information for any purpose other than responding to your question, comment or request whether email or message board.
If you identify yourself by registration:
You may register for a free copy of our Contractor Compensation Quarterly or for some other publication or service. The information that you provide(name,company, address, phone and email) is stored in order to provide you with the product or service you request. This information is never shared with or sold to another entity. Anytime you wish to revoke your registration, you can do so simply by emailing us at remove@pas1.com. Any personally identifying information we have will be deleted from our files.
If you identify yourself by ordering on-line:
By ordering a PAS product or service through our website, you establish an account with a unique identifying account number. The information stored in this account record is your name, company, addresses, product ordered, date and company type, e.g., general contractor, consultant, etc. Your account information is never shared with or sold to another entity.
We want to make our privacy policy very clear: Unless you choose to provide personally identifying information about who you are, we will not and do not obtain such information.
